People who don't put the entire burden of initiation on you are worth their weight in gold. Make sure you reach out to them once in a while to return the favor. Even just saying hi and hoping their well could make their day. I know it's hard to muster up the courage to open up a conversation, type a message, then hit send. Just think about how much your acknowledgment or invite to play could mean to them with how they're thinking of you. Their offers warm your heart, so I figure you can afford to reciprocate them.
