Mossberg is known for their shotguns, but actually started off in 1919 making pistols, the .22LR Brownie pistol. Fast forward to 2019 and, in celebrating the company’s 100th anniversary, Mossberg reintroduced a handgun, the 9mm MC1sc subcompact. Offered in four models with an ask of between $425 and $526, it was slow going for the MC1sc, which was not surprising.
