I Hate AI More Than I Miss Pinterest

I recently deleted my Pinterest account and the app due to their refusal to make even the slightest attempt to curb AI slop, in spite of the issues with plagiarism and dangerous misinformation. I even more recently started taking the first steps toward finally moving out of this backwards-ass town, and even MORE recently received a tentative, informal offer from my employer to move to a remote subcontractor position. So, I've been delving back into a latent interest in interior decor, both in anticipation of having a brand new space to decorate and the opportunity to set up a cute, comfy home office. And goddamn I miss Pinterest. Not enough to use it again. But the only even remotely comparable app I've come across was Cosmos, and frankly I hated it. Everything from the UI to the content felt like a super cut of every single one of the most boring, stark, overly-polished perfume ads from the entirety of Vogue's publication history.
