Due to my age (currently 40) and the increase in activity (due to my marathon training), I want to ensure I’m giving my body everything it needs to aide in strength and recovery. As a reference for myself more than anything, this post outlines my current supplementation stack. Morning Omega-369 (to be replaced with pure Omega-3) Creatine Monohydrate Hay Fever Tablet Chewable Apple Cider Vinegar Gummy (will not continue after current batch) Vitamin D3 (to be added asap) During the Day 2x Whey Protein Shake (one with added Collagen) Long Run Days Electrolytes before and during the run Whey Protein Shake post-run Bed Time Ashwagandha KSM-66 ZMA (Zinc, Magnesium & Vitamin B6) Several items are marked for replacement or to be added alongside the current supplementation stack.
