This is my third set of monthly notes for this year. In these notes, I capture various interesting facts and ideas I have stumbled upon during the month. Like in the last two months, I have been learning and exploring algebraic graph theory. The two main books I have been reading are Algebraic Graph Theory by Godsil and Royle and Algebraic Graph Theory, 2nd ed. by Norman Biggs.
