There are so many great blogs out there. If I keep finding more I'll probably never need to go anywhere else on the Internet. That would be a great day. Anyway, here are some great ones I've been reading recently! Jim Gerrie's blog intersects with a lot of my interests. He resurrects old BASIC programs that were printed in various magazines and books in the 70s and 80s, and also does work preserving lost media. The posts are long and detailed, but they're still very readable. If vintage programming is your bag, this is a great one to check out. And he's made every game playable online! Games That Weren't. Speaking of lost media, this site discusses games that are lost or were never released to the public, preserving them for future generations. Some of the posts are longer than others, but that makes sense considering that some games have more documentation than others.
