Today I am reviewing my Book club read for March. This is not my first experience of Helen Reilly’s work as I have also read Murder in the Mews (1931), McKee of Centre Street (1933), and The Canvas Dagger (1956). Of those read I especially enjoyed The Canvas Dagger. I was much less keen on Murder in the Mews. I wonder if Reilly’s style changed over time, and that I have a preference for her later books.
