The regularity of his educational videos, often of obscure British places or things, made him somewhat of an Internet legend. Along with his hilarious series The Technical Difficulties, which features himself alongside three others in a comedy troupe, and Lateral – a game show-based podcast answering confusing questions – I have consumed hours of interesting facts and comedy. In 2026, he announced a comeback series called England: Tom Scott takes a road trip to every county of England, travelling by car, train, boat, plane, tram, monorail and hovercraft, visiting hidden infrastructure, ancient traditions, and more bells than you might expect.
