Coffees from chains never seem to taste as good as what you can get from independent cafes, and I would usually relegate them to a back-up option if nothing else was available in the area - but STREAMER has some really tasty coffee. I can’t speak for all their stores, of course, but the coffees I have had from their Harajuku and Nakameguro branches were both really good. The Nakameguro branch is right underneath a gym which I’ll admit does detract a bit aesthetics-wise (not that they can help it!). Their signature Streamer latte (800 yen) is pretty huge, and was very good. And for non-coffee drinkers or those that like a sweeter cup, they do have other flavoured options. I remember when I visited a couple of years ago they had a limited-time apple-flavoured latte which was really good. The menu mentions they do pour-overs / hand drip coffee, but I didn’t really get a pour-over vibe from this place so I think I would… Commenting on Bubbles has been removed. Why?
