Not quite there yet

Apologies for the outage. I did indeed have to move host – twice in fact. Nixihost was great, until I tried to upload my site and found the upload speed was 50 kilobytes per second. My internet connection upload runs as 81 megabytes a second. So that was impossible. Clearly they have sold too many websites for their capacity. But they were nice people. The web hosting trade seems every bit as wild west as it was 20 years ago, and it’s quite a minefield. Let’s see how it goes with the new host (upload speed in megabytes, thankfully). The Tertullian Project website is back, mostly, at tertullian.org. I did remove some PDF books that are on Archive.org, just to keep bandwidth down. The blog is sort of up, but not really complete as yet. It needs more work, which will happen on Monday, I think. I also have to work out how to implement the contact form once more. A few images from October seem to have got lost. But… getting there.
