Day 267: Silver Moon Gear

2026-10-31Hello!I squeezed onto the packed subway train heading to Old City in Philadelphia. With paperwork and unfinished food in my backpack, I escaped the train and went overground to meet the striking yellow Land Cruiser. A camera showcase event had made its way to Philadelphia, and I grabbed a registration ticket in the nick of time.Well, I was marked as being on the waitlist. But they let me in anyway.I had joined a separate photo festival in New York, full of booths and models and sessions. I must have lost my storage card on the floor somewhere, so the stories must be left unsaid on this website. Lesson learned. The card stayed with me the entire time. I made a backup as soon as I got back home to my computer.This event was much smaller in scale, less an open-air festival about photography and more a photowalk with shiny new gear to loan for free.
