After work tonight, I took a walk around Lake Como to try and disengage my brain from its current self-imposed existential melt-down. Little over midway through the walk, my lungs and legs were signaling the need for a rest. Immediately the phone came out of the pocket of the hoodie and I went head first back into the erratic traversal of the hrefs.1 My last stop was Robert Birming’s blog over his idea for Knowember. Up until here lately, I’ve operated my site and blog in a social-dead-zone. Yes, I have a link page that has some journals and digital gardens I enjoy meandering through linked on it. But mostly, I’ve kept the communal aspect for the ROOTOFPI dead-on-arrival. But nothing exists in a vacuum, at least not for long.
