Last time I wrote here, which was a “Bibiel’s Brain-Pick”, I mentioned that my blogging app kept crashing on me every few minutes as I wrote. That is the main reason why I didn’t write anything for a relatively long time. As far as I understand, those crashes had to do with a bug in the macOS version I was running, which bug Apple has apparently fixed in the latest MacOS update, so now that I’ve updated to it, we shall see whether I can publish this thing crashlessly. I decided to devote this first “Bibiel Hears Things” post after the break to celebrating Scottish clarsach player Rachel Hair’s fresh new album, which came out just last month. The somewhat unusual thing about this album is that, while Rachel started out her career as a soloist, soon after releasing her first solo album she found that she tends to feel more fulfilled playing with other people, such as her trio – Jenn Butterworth on guitar and Cameron Maxwell on bass – who have also been featured on here… Commenting on Bubbles has been removed.
