Salon had been A Thing on the internet when I was just beginning to dive in to it seriously, and their site was a regular stop of mine for years. They went to a paywall model at some point in the early 2000’s and my readership tailed off, but every once in a while articles of theirs would pop back up in my feed. Another gravestone for the early web… Commenting on Bubbles has been removed. Why?
