First session of the month wasn't looking hopeful - jack lost on a lure and a run that nicked my sardine. And it was getting dark... I left the deadbait in while I packed up - and a last second bob on the float. Ten more minutes then. As I gave up, a run, and a pike to start the month. Hopefully the first of a few November pike...
