Scour - October Update

Hi friends, In October, Scour scoured 1.5 million articles from 34,703 feeds. 164 new users signed up since the last product update email, so welcome to you all! Here's what's changed in the product: 🧠 Smarter Topic MatchingI rebuilt the way Scour determines which content is relevant from the ground up so you'll see more relevant posts and fewer off-topic ones in your feed. During the rebuild, I also replaced the embedding model Scour uses, meaning I am no longer using the sponsored model from MixedBread. Thank you so much to MixedBread for sponsoring 2 years of Scour's embeddings 🙏. I'll continue to be a big fan of their work and eager reader of their blog, which you can subscribe to via Scour here.
