Franklin, Our Sidekick

This past week has been an emotional rollercoaster as we laid to rest our precious baby boy. Franklin was a beautiful tuxedo cat who lived an amazing 16 years young. He was an amazing sidekick to my partner as he was present in important milestones in his life. My partner tells me the story of when he first encountered Franklin at the Houston SPCA. He remembers seeing his long ears and his cute little soul patch. Unfortunately, we received his blood work and he was diagnosed with liver cancer. He started losing weight and not eating as much. Initially, we thought he was being picky.
