Duo Fun, Another App Project, and Cackles (Week 44, 2026)

The vibeOverall, pretty okay and chill. I had some bad neck pain toward the end of the week, which put a bit of a damper on things. Otherwise, I was having fun and feeling curious about where a few new ideas might go.Highlights📱 I have been having fun with the iPhone Duo. After the preorder mess in last week’s notes, it has been nice to actually enjoy the phone. Trying apps, seeing what developers are doing with the extra space, and finding the little things that still need adjusting have all been part of it. My own website needed some of that attention, too. I tightened up the layouts for the Duo’s shorter views and fixed the navigation so an open menu would not get stranded after resizing. Using the site on the phone made those rough edges much easier to spot.📊 I shared Hinge Habits, my little app for tracking iPhone Duo folds.
