I'd planned on making a shitpost about the screenshot but the moment passed and then, as if by magic, on Halloween I was trick-or-treating with my kids and we happened upon another kid who had a pretty rad and elaborate homemade costume that stopped us in our tracks. We were like "hey dude sorry to be weird, but is that an Anguirus costume?" The eyes on this kid (who was like maybe 13 years old?) lit the fuck up. The woman he was with seemed so shocked (and thrilled) that anyone had recognized it, was so proud of the kid for having made it and then the kid starts talking about how Anguirus is such a cool monster and Godzilla's best friend and it made me smile so much because dude I was that kid!! 30+… Comments on Bubbles are switched off.
