November Writing Month 0 ▲ Axxuy's Internet Notebook 1 day ago · Life · hide · 0 comments November has somehow come already. Where is it that time goes? And why is it in such a hurry? Once upon a time there was something called Nanowrimo, in which people challenged themselves to write a 50,000 word novel in the month of November. Nanowrimo is no more—at least as an organized community. I will leave it as an exercise for the reader to look up the details of it’s fall, but suffice to say it was entirely self-inflicted. I made a few half-hearted attempts, but never got very far. Writing a novel is hard. But I do want to write, and I do want to challenge myself, and November is as good a month as any to do it. So I have a plan to write more for this blog. 50,000 words is too much for me. I’m going to aim for 10,000. Even that is ambitious as far as I am concerned. That works out to 333 words a day on average. That is a lot of words, if you ask me. I really don’t know how verbose people do it. I have made other schemes for blogging. I had a whole schedule written up for last… No comments yet. Log in to reply on the Fediverse. Comments will appear here.
