Improvised anniversary trip

tag(s): #pic #sorties Late September was our 14th wedding anniversary. I took a day off, and we were planning to head to Manhattan early for a museum visit a fancy lunch. The night before we changed plans, just like that. (direct link to image) Instead we had an extra long breakfast finishing a TV show, and then we got on the car and drove to Robbinsville, New Jersey, to visit what we thought was a single, large hindu temple. The trip was uneventful, as expected of a weekday heading away from New York City. (direct link to image) (direct link to image) Turns out, the site is comprised of a series of buildings. One of them houses a whole temple inside (like, a building inside another building). It might have been my favorite of them, as the temple really felt special.
