Leave your coding agent for 5 minutes and most of its cache is gone

I measured the public GitHub Copilot coding-agent trace by idle time. At 4 to 5 minutes, 64% of the next prompt is cached. At 5 to 6 minutes, 26%. A long tool run costs the cache as much as a coffee break.
