Tiny Talk with Zach Davis

I followed you on Instagram for your gorgeous photos, but honestly I’m possibly more interested in the things you’re making in your kitchen. What’s been the most fun? What tasted the best? Or the worst? Ha! This has certainly been a year of baking and cooking and recipe testing for me. I’ve been photographing weddings for 14 years and, while I still love it and am not quitting anytime soon, the last year or two I’ve been wondering what the next chapter for me would look like. I’ve spent a lot of time in restaurants, photographing and cooking, and have often pondered doing my own thing in food. So I spent the first half of the year baking up as storm, doing a couple little markets on the way, before I shifted back to something that I was really enjoying last year, homemade ice cream!
