Settling in

Hey there, I am surprised it is October. It doesn’t seem like it should be. In some ways, this year has felt like many years, and in other days, it seems like it was just yesterday that it started. On to the updates! We finally got our plumbing fixed (along with the bill that came with it). Positive side? They didn’t have to tear up the book room, so that’s a plus. Despite the plumbing being fixed, we can’t use the upstairs bathrooms until we replace all the fixtures due to water flow issues. That may take a minute to get to. The neighbors have been nice, and all have mentioned that they can’t wait to get to know us better. Never experienced that before living here. So, the photo above of the Pachy and the toy car? The kids wanted to take that photo; in fact, they insisted on it – and that’s how it was added. We have checked out a new church. Greenford Christian Church – it was a good size, but it was a little further than we wanted to have to travel. I’d like us to get involved with…
