Fresh Update!

I was going to add this to yesterday's (very brief) post but I think this deserves a post all its own. KLPS posted this a few minutes ago on Facebook:Yes, of course this is Bill. Of course it is.Bill was, as previously noted, arrested yesterday after police searched his home. He was taken into custody (Gwen was not - she's still a free woman). He's not on the docket for a bail hearing yet, but that isn't unusual; sometimes it takes all day for that to be updated, especially if someone is apprehended late in the day. While it's possible that Bill will be granted bail again (he didn't actually run, after all - he just hid in his home for a month) I would not be surprised if, given his conviction and two failure to appears, he is denied. And honestly, who would agree to post bail for him now? Never mind "who in their right mind". Certainly his wife and tenants are all off the table at this point. The Obstruct Justice charge is interesting. I hope we learn more details about that soon.
