And I'm relaxed about the groceries total. The reason for the blowout is $175 on a 4l tin of local extra virgin olive oil. Yeah, I know. Hear me out. I use a lot of EVOO. It's good for you, it tastes great, it goes well with the semi-Mediterranean diet I follow. And based on experience, this tin will last most of a year, just in time for next year's harvest, without going off. (I decant it into a smaller bottle 500ml at a time, so the oil stays in the dark with little additional oxygen.) Posh local EVOO is a luxury, but…
