LibreOffice Writer, changing text styles, and accepting formatting changes 0 ▲ Neil's blog 2 hours ago · Tech · hide · 0 comments Hello, future Neil. Here are the two things that you often want to do with formatting and LibreOffice Writer, but do not always remember how to do them. Changing all text in one style to another style You can use the “Find and Replace” function to change all instances of text in one style to another style. Ctrl + H to open “Find and Replace”. Under “Other options”, select “Paragraph Styles”. In “Find”, select the style that you want to replace. In “Replace”, select the style with which you want to replace it. Accepting all formatting changes in tracked changes Often, I want to tidy up tracked changes in a document, to remove formatting changes. From the menu bar, select Edit / Track changes / Manage … Select the “Filter” tab, and, under “Actions” select “Formats”. Go back to the “List” tab, and then “Accept All”. No comments yet.
