Resident Evil Gaiden, for example, ain’t exactly one of the best entries in its series, but it sure is interesting and conceptually ambitious. I consider it worth a try, at the very least! Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare somehow got a GBC version and it’s actually extremely impressive to behold. Most of the horror games beyond those two are more horror in the broad aesthetic sense than when it comes to gameplay-things like Ghosts ‘n Goblins, Blade, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Shadowgate, etc–but it’s still a genre that’s overall served pretty well. Plus, you’ve got Little Nicky for the Game… No comments yet. Log in to reply on the Fediverse. Comments will appear here.
