Why I Created a Gratitude List?

It is nearing year end; it is also the business's busiest time of the year. I would normally prepare small festive gifts for my clients and family members. As I go through the list, it dawned to me that I have received a lot of help throughout my life. It not only limited to my clients and family. I did an exercise by listing down the people who had impacted my life. The criteria are simple; the person's action has an impact in my life. It can be intentional, or unintentional. As such, I realised that even bullies who I despise are entered into the list. Bullies made me stronger and more resilient. I am not a self-made man. All my successes are built on top of these individual's action. I have lost contact with many of these individual, but I shall not forget how they have moulded me. Here is the list.
