Mosslanda: Defiance - are we there yet?

After yesterday’s lament you’d be forgiven in being surprised at seeing more Defiance here this morning. I took a sideways step and ticked off something else rather than progressing that road surface…Yet more ‘in progress’ shots, perhaps these warts and all reflections may encourage you on your own project. Despite various family commitments I managed an hour or so of quiet time and decided I would add the basic lighting inside the unloading shed - using a method I’d found worked nicely on both ‘Fancy another beer’ and ‘Denton Road’ in the past. A few short strips of the same LEDs used under the pelmet are fitted inside the removable roof, and wired up with a 2k resistor to drop the brightness…Stood back, the result isn’t quite as effective as either of those previous efforts but nevertheless will offer some nice photographs in time. For whilst a small layout like this gives plenty of challenge during construction its slightly limited operation is pleasingly bolstered by the duality…
