The Elder Scrolls Daggerfall 30th Anniversary 0 ▲ Karel Křemel 2 hours ago · Gaming · hide · 0 comments Later, I bought Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, and Elder Scrolls Online, preferably in a collector’s edition. But it wasn’t the same. Don’t get me wrong, those games are great, but something was missing; they weren’t reaching far enough. Daggerfall went much further than any of the later games. Sure, it was buggy as hell; I still remember my classmates waiting for new patches and then sharing the 3.5’’ floppies with others. It feels weird- 30 years; has it really been that long? I even ran a small Geocities website, sharing everything I learned in the game. My English was crap, but I had a dictionary, and I’ve probably learned more English words from the game than in school, so there were some generally accepted benefits. No comments yet.
