My iPhone Duo Preorder and the Best Buy Launch-Day Shit Show

I started iPhone Duo launch day running on too little sleep, too much excitement, and coffee. I ended it with no Duo, an order with no pickup date, and an email telling me Best Buy might cancel the whole thing on November 6.Somewhere in between, “your phone is here waiting for you” became “we don’t know when your item will be available.”So, yeah.
