Oh My God, We’re Getting Official Lego Daft Punk Sets!

LEGO Newsroom: Today, the LEGO Group and DAFT PUNK are proud to announce a new partnership that aims to inspire and remix fandoms, with the Daft Punk robots entering the LEGO universe. Spanning product, content and brand experiences, the collaboration celebrates the creativity and communities that have shaped the legacy of both brands. To introduce the partnership, the two brands have unveiled a film in which the duo’s minifigures follow a holographic red brick through what starts as a dark, mysterious landscape. As the robots arrive and step inside the “gates-of-play”, the holographic architecture starts to unfold and envelop them beat by beat, brick by brick, until we finally see the pair manning a LEGO brick-built console. Working together, the LEGO Group and DAFT PUNK explored the archives of Daft Punk’s catalogue to identify two key iconic tracks befitting this exciting new partnership.
