A Moment.

I am sitting out the back patio with the ThinkPad T460s. There have been lightning flashes for much of the day; most of the flashes are happening over 15 miles away, but the weather station on the roof picks them up. The dogs are sniffing around the back yard as if it was their first visit. They’re impressed with markings, not realizing said markings are their own from earlier in the day. The severe weather predicted for Arizona is happening a bit further north today. There seems to be a better chance for severe storms in the Tucson area after midnight and through the day tomorrow. Perhaps we’ll get a great lightning show while trying to sleep and maybe even during my pre-sunrise walk. I’ve settled back into work this week after a wonderful vacation and I feel like I’m caught up and getting productive with the projects I’m working on. That’s a good feeling. Much of the technological world is working on patching PHP-based installations today. Hopefully I have updated what I needed to…
