everything bagels

Been thinking how good a bagel would be. I really like everything bagels with cream cheese and a hit latte. So when tomorrow becomes today I will head to New York Bagels just a block or so from the river. It’s a small place and someone will always say I could get local Khmer food for less. Here’s the thing. I don’t always want local food. I like street food and the nice little Cambodian restaurants where everything costs $3 or so. Just not all the time. My wife cooks some amount of Khmer food for me and I’m grateful. I like pizza too. Cambodian people like all food. Vietnamese people like burgers. It’s all ok. That’s why there are all kinds of restaurants here in Siem Reap. We all want all kinds of food. I’ve had to laugh lately at the resurgence of the YouTube bloggers and their cheap Khmer food videos. They run along with how to live here on $700 a month. I would personally not advise someone to do that. People do it though. I think often. Figure what I just said about food here.…
