Top of the Desk

Sidebars in Obsidian can be clunky to navigate, especially when you have lots of folders, files, and everything else, and you’re having trouble remembering where you put anything. So I thought: what could be better for organising your work documents and notes than the one thing we all have under our laptops or monitors? That’s right, it’s your desk. This skeuomorphic idea of mine brings the top of your desk to Obsidian, where you can keep notes, files, websites, and writing tools together on a customisable desk. This is an empty-page plugin I called Top of the Desk. Easy as pie. 🥧If you give it a try and find it useful for your needs, feel free to buy me a coffee. ☕I’d appreciate it.
