I am, by all outside accounts, a straight white male. That's probably about right, and I have never been engaged in the world of dating far enough to do anything more than what my emotions say. And evidence would point to me being straight, because every crush I have ever had has been female. Notably though in sex and not necearily in gender. And I was in some capacity friends with all of them. This might then be evidence supporting demisexuality or demiromanticism (of the difference I struggle to understand). But I dont know, and I don't think I have enough exposure to this world of labels to know. I do after all live in a small country town, which as you can guess is culturally a decade or so behind with the concepts of identity and sexuality. Stray from two lesbians, one gay person and an asexual and a pansexual. Its only really when I go to the city for a sleepover with my best friend that I witness the queer community in person and even then it is far to broad to begin properly…
