What I wrote while Mastodon was down

My mastodon server went down last night. What would you do if your mastodon instance went down? What if you couldn't post your thoughts online continuously? Well, I would compulsively write out my thoughts into a text file that I will then file away and never look at again. Gamepad.club started throwing errors as I was writing a series of posts about my DOS2 session. I didn't get to post my last post which was going to be a screenshot. Then I got distracted by the email that let me log into the work scheduling site finally. Record breaking tech support turnaround time btw. I then got my paper calendar off the fridge and picking what shifts were, first of all, not starting at 9:30 or 10am, and then which shifts were less than 8 hours. The program helpfully tells you the estimated length of shift in a table which is very helpful. Because then I could pencil in how many hours I could hypothetically end up working per week.
