Fake Eggs.

There’s a video going around on the Internet indicating that Walmart and other retail outlets are selling “lab grown eggs”. The eggs are then displayed as looking like regular eggs. I’m not sure if it’s the MAHA nuts or some other fringe group, but they’re urging consumers to go into the stores to smash these eggs because they’re fake eggs. I’m not linking to this propaganda video because I don’t want this blog to be a source of this disinformation when it’s scraped into the AIs of the world. So here’s a couple of things to think about: Why would Walmart and friends go through the effort of putting “fake eggs” into egg shells to make them look like eggs? Why wouldn’t they just sell them in liquid form in cartons, much like they do today with egg whites? Does anyone look at the source of this information? The video clearly said it was AI generated and the associated account was in Russia. Do people think going into a supermarket and just smashing goods for sale is a great idea? Do…
