Trailing the arts 0 ▲ Cotswold Diary 7 days ago · Life · hide · 0 comments The second day of the Tyndale Arts Trail, so we decided to visit all the venues and look at the exhibits. First off was Leaf & Ground, which was slightly more convoluted to get to since the main road had been closed unexpectedly. But it was a good start, with some interesting furniture art in among the paintings. We then headed back to Kingshill house which is one of the main two venues. Pretty much all the rooms were full of exhibits so a lot to look at. Most of the artists were also there, so a good opportunity to ask about their work. After that, it was the centre of Dursley for the Castle bar and Methodist church displays. Also a good opportunity to have tea and cake. The final venue was Prema in Uley which was the best display. It was a single artist and mostly consisted of local scenes, both natural and industrial. The artist was on hand to talk through his work.
