AirTag For My Keys

In my household are four licensed drivers and four vehicles. Each vehicle has two sets of keys; my wife and I each get one. My two driving teens borrow them regularly. Keeping track of the keys is frustrating. Enter Apple’s AirTag. AirTag the keys, you must. I only have one AirTag for now. Maybe some new AirTag 2s will be gifted to me for Christmas this year? The one I have was living in my wallet, which never moves or changes hands. My car keys though? They frequently move and change hands. We have a key rack in a hallway where the keys should be when not in use, but too often someone forgets to hang them there. So I recently removed my AirTag from my wallet and stuck it inside a keyring I got from Amazon. Now it’s clasped onto one of my key sets. So when I need to know, “Where are the keys!?” I can easily find them with my iPhone. It’s one of those little things that makes a big difference in daily life. Sometimes smart solutions are actually smart.
