Rebooking Faith.

We are at Tucson International Airport (TUS), on our way to Orlando for a week at the House of the Mouse. The original itinerary was TUS-DEN-MCO (Tucson, Denver, Orlando), but the Denver to Orlando leg is currently delayed five hours, with a new crew and aircraft being put in place. So, we rebooked ourselves through Houston and we are getting to Orlando about the original time we were scheduled to land from the original booking. The thing is, our bags are already loaded on the flight to Denver. Since our bags have big “Priority” tags on them, because of my meager Silver status with United, I have faith that we’ll still see our bags in a timely manner. They’ll probably have a completely different experience in airplanes, but let’s see if United will do the right thing and get our bags to us as promised.
