I take a right turn at the end of the bicycle path onto Pelzgasse on my usual way towards Westbahnhof. "My technology rules aren't strict enough", I think as I feel the smartphone in my pocket. It's there. Even with all my restrictions in place, its mere presence stresses me out. "Should have swapped it for a dumb phone", I think. I park my bike in front of Westbahnhof and buy a new physical notebook at the local bookstore, in order to log my Digital Declutter for the upcoming 30 days. Day 1 Everything is as it should be; actually this whole thing comes very easy to me. All except for the non-streaming. That's definitely an adjustment; especially since streaming nowadays also means quality time with my girlfriend. Instead of watching yet another episode of Fresh off the Boat tonight, I switch on the radio. Already on day one, it feels like I have an endless amount of time on my hands and many opportunities to make good use of that time. Adopting the Social Hour again feels exactly…
