She was highly recommended by friends and a surgeon I talked to recently. So I signed up and had my first visit with her. One thing that impressed me was the emphasis on basic diet and exercise for healthy living. Sitting in the medical room it hit me: I should be using my Apple Watch. Earlier this year, I bought a bike and started cycling often. I also walked a lot. My 2020 Apple Watch SE had just enough battery life to make it through most of the day, as long as I didn’t use it for much else. Sometimes I had to recharge it in the evening before a workout. The SE1 is great for tracking fitness, especially for me, needing just the basics. But stuff happened First, our summer heat in Texas soared high and stayed there, making it very hard to get outside and do anything. You can’t exercise in a convection oven!
