But it is in a Unitary Council which has had two financially attractive Devolution Deals (2015 and 2023); using these to boost public transport through various initiatives all over the County . The new Liskeard bus station, which opened in July, is an example of such initiatives. It came about following suggestions made by a local Active Travel Group.
