In one sense, there are a lot of high quality, very well produced podcasts, but there is so much sameness out there. I subscribed to 34 movie podcasts and they all fall into two or three styles or topics. Poetry and book podcasts? 18. Lots of overlap. Shoot, there are no fewer than nine podcasts I follow just about The Golden Girls. Yet, even with all the sameness, every so often something new comes along that brings a smile to my face. This year it’s James’ Wonders of Web Weaving podcast, which has been going for a little less than half a year and just released it’s 22nd episode. James chats with every day folks on the IndieWeb and personal web scene about what got them started on the web, what inspires them, and the vision they have for their respective sites.
