These are stiff enough I think that it will be ok with one.rails doneI thought of moving this outside bearer to the outside edge of the back wall but I didn't want to drill any new holes in the rails. Four #12 screws hold each rail to the bearers.ready to try itI wanted the router to be 90° so the flats on the router base would butt against the upright walls of the rails but had to do it this way. The other way I would have had to cut the rails because they were almost touching in the middle. I didn't want to drill in the rails and I also didn't want to jigsaw a cutout for the router bit.hmm.....I checked the height of the bit and the two router sled bearers were too tall.
