You can’t just wish it to happen. You would need to create much of what China and Taiwan have built over the past 30 years. It’s not just setting up factory buildings filled with assembly machinery and workers. You would need the entire infrastructure of suppliers and manufacturers of the parts that go into the products: the factories to build displays, batteries, and electronic components.
