Update

Well the bike ride started well but ended in defeat. I got lost and.... Even writing that is making me feel some kind of way. I ended up having a cussing fit and took a look at myself and said this is having the opposite effect that it was supposed to and realized there was a train station a five minutes ride away. In less than an hour I'll be back home where I can have a little cry and pick myself back up. Im not ready to go back to work Thursday.
