The second of two Maggi varieties found at a local supermarket. Really happy to see this – hoping they come out with more Maggi for the US market! Let’s give it a try. An instant noodle block. A sachet of seasoning base. Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion, crushed red pepper, ground beef, and sesame seed. Noodle was decent enough – thin and light on the chew. The flavor seemed muted. A bit of heat is there, but the flavor is very non-commital and not very Korean.
